RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES. 15.1 The Principal Paying Agent shall: 15.1.1 keep a full and complete record of all Securities, Coupons and Talons (other than serial numbers of Coupons) and of their redemption, purchase by or on behalf of the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries, cancellation, exchange or payment (as the case may be) and of all replacement Securities, Coupons or Talons issued in substitution for lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed Securities, Coupons or Talons; and 15.1.2 in respect of the Coupons of each maturity, retain (in the case of Coupons other than Talons) until the expiry of 10 years from the Relevant Date in respect of such Coupons either all paid or exchanged Coupons of that maturity or a list of the serial numbers of Coupons of that maturity still remaining unpaid and unexchanged. The Principal Paying Agent shall at all reasonable times within normal business hours make the records and Coupons (if any) available to the Issuer and the Trustee upon reasonable notice. 15.2 The Principal Paying Agent shall upon written request give to the Issuer and the Trustee, as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within four months after the date of redemption, purchase, payment, exchange or replacement of a Security, Coupon or Talon (as the case may be), a certificate stating: 15.2.1 the aggregate principal amount of Securities which have been redeemed and the aggregate amount in respect of Coupons which have been paid; 15.2.2 the serial numbers of those Securities and Talons; 15.2.3 the total number of each denomination by maturity date of those Coupons; 15.2.4 the aggregate amount of interest paid (and the due dates of the payments) on each Global Security; 15.2.5 the aggregate principal amounts of Securities (if any) which have been purchased by or on behalf of the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries and cancelled (subject to delivery of the Securities to the Principal Paying Agent) and the serial numbers of such Securities in definitive form and the total number of each denomination by maturity date of the Coupons attached to or exchanged or surrendered with the purchased Securities; 15.2.6 the aggregate principal amounts of Securities and the aggregate amounts in respect of Coupons (if applicable) which have been exchanged or surrendered and replaced and the serial numbers of those Securities in definitive form and the total number of each denomination by maturity date of those Coupons surrendered therewith; 15.2.7 the total number of each denomination...

The Fiscal Agent shall at all reasonable times make the records and Coupons (if any) available to the Issuer. 15.2 The Fiscal Agent shall, upon request, give to the Issuer, as soon as possible and in any event within four months after the date of redemption, purchase, payment or replacement of a Note, Coupon or Talon (as the case may be), a certificate stating (a) the aggregate nominal amount and principal amount of Notes which have been redeemed and the aggregate amount in respect of Coupons and Talons which have been paid, (b) the serial numbers of those Notes in definitive form, (c) the total number of each denomination by maturity date of those Coupons and Talons, (d) the aggregate nominal amounts and principal amounts of Notes (if any) which have been purchased by or on behalf of the Issuer, or any of the Issuer's Subsidiaries and cancelled (subject to delivery of the Notes to the Fiscal Agent) and the serial numbers of such Notes in definitive form and the total number of each denomination by maturity date of the Coupons and Talons attached to or surrendered with the purchased Notes, and (e) the aggregate nominal amounts and principal amounts of Notes and the aggregate amounts in respect of Coupons and Talons which have been surrendered and replaced and the serial numbers of those Notes in definitive form and the total number of each denomination by maturity date of the Coupons and Talons surrendered therewith and (f) the total number of each denomination by maturity date of unmatured Coupons and unexchanged Talons missing from Notes which have been redeemed or surrendered and replaced and the serial numbers of the Notes in definitive form to which the missing unmatured Coupons and unexchanged Talons appertained.
RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES. (a) The Supplier shall prior to the commencement of the supply of Goods and/or Rental Items and/or the performance of Services and when required by the Company, provide certificates of currency evidencing the extent of insurances required by clause 12.1. (b) The Supplier shall when required by the Company make available for inspection by the Company the policies of insurance purchased and maintained by the Supplier for the purpose of complying with the Supplier’s obligations under the Purchase Order and the receipts for payment of the current premiums. (c) The provision by the Supplier to the Company of a copy of any insurance policy purportedly purchased in accordance with the Purchase Order does not constitute acceptance by the Company that such insurance has been purchased by the Purchase Order or in accordance with the Purchase Order.

RECORDS AND CERTIFICATES. 18.1 In respect of each Series of Trust Certificates, the Registrar shall keep a full and complete record of all Trust Certificates and of their redemption, cancellation, payment or exchange (as the case may be) and of all replacement Trust Certificates issued in substitution for lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed Trust Certificates of the relevant Series. The Registrar shall at all reasonable times make the records available to the relevant Trustee, the Delegate and the IsDB. 18.2 Upon written request, the Registrar shall give to the relevant Trustee (with a copy to the IsDB and the Delegate) and the Principal Paying Agent, as soon as possible and in any event within three months after the date of redemption, cancellation, payment or replacement of a Trust Certificate, a certificate stating: (a) the aggregate amount of the relevant Trust Certificates which have been redeemed; (b) the serial numbers of those Trust Certificates (if in individual registered form); (c) the aggregate of Periodic Distribution Amounts paid and the Periodic Distribution Dates on the relevant Global Trust Certificate and/or Individual Certificates; (d) the serial numbers of those Trust Certificates (if any) which have been cancelled (subject to delivery of the Trust Certificates to the Registrar); and (e) the aggregate amount of the relevant Trust Certificates which have been surrendered or replaced and the serial numbers of those Trust Certificates.
