Records of Performance. CONSULTANT shall maintain adequate records of contract performance and make these records available for inspection, audit, and copying by HCAOG during the contract period and for a period of three (3) years from the date of final payment.

Records of Performance. Consultant shall maintain complete and accurate records of all payrolls, expenditures, disbursements and other cost items charged to HCAOG or establishing the basis for an invoice, for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of final payment to Consultant. All such records shall be clearly identifiable. Consultant shall allow HCAOG representatives to inspect, examine, copy and audit such records during regular business hours upon 24 hours’ notice.
Records of Performance. A. Supervisors shall maintain performance data sufficient to support the rating assigned to each element. Ratings of record may, but are not required to, include a written summary of the specific accomplishments (quality, quantity, timeliness, etc.) of the Employee in relation to each performance element/standard.
Records of Performance. The Contractor shall file and keep current with the City all documents and reports required by this Contract. By September 1st of each year, this Contract is in effect, the Contractor shall ensure and certify to the City that all required documents such as, but not limited to, certificates of insurance, audits, performance bond or letter of credit, route schedule and maps, driver's license certifications, and list of collection equipment vehicles, are current and on file with the City. Failure to file any document or report within thirty (30) working days of the required filing date, except where granted an extension by the Contract Administrator, may result in the levy of an administrative fine as provided in 5.1.
Records of Performance. Consultant will maintain adequate records of performance under this Agreement (including Services provided, invoices for payment, and payments received) and make these records available to the City for inspection, audit, and copying, during the term of this Agreement and until four years after the Agreement has expired or been terminated.

Related to Records of Performance

  • Standards of Performance A. The standard of care for all professional and related services performed or furnished by Contractor under this Agreement will be the care and skill ordinarily used by members of Contractor’s profession practicing under similar conditions and circumstances and in a similar locality.

  • Review of Performance The Board of Directors shall periodically review and evaluate the performance of Employee under this Employment Agreement with Employee.

  • Assessment of Performance The assignment of a teacher to a TLS position will be subject to review by the school district’s administration at least annually. The first review must be completed no later than five (5) work days before the beginning of the transfer process. The review shall include peer feedback on the effectiveness of the teacher’s performance of duty specific to the teacher’s TLS position. A teacher who completes an assignment in a TLS position may apply for assignment to a new TLS position.

  • Timeliness of Performance Contractor must provide the Services and Deliverables within the term and within the time limits required under this Contract, pursuant to Detailed Specifications or as specified in the applicable Task Order or Purchase Order. Further, Contractor acknowledges that TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE and that the failure of Contractor to comply with the time limits may result in economic or other losses to the City. Neither Contractor nor its agents, employees or Subcontractors are entitled to any damages from the City, nor is any party entitled to be reimbursed by the City, for damages, charges or other losses or expenses incurred by Contractor by reason of delays or hindrances in the performance of the Services, whether or not caused by the City.

  • Evaluation of Performance School, in conjunction with Company personnel, is responsible for and shall make arrangements for evaluating Student’s performance during the clinical program.

  • Standard of Performance Consultant represents and warrants that it has the qualifications, experience and facilities necessary to properly perform the services required under this Agreement in a thorough, competent and professional manner. Consultant shall at all times faithfully, competently and to the best of its ability, experience and talent, perform all services described herein. In meeting its obligations under this Agreement, Consultant shall employ, at a minimum, generally accepted standards and practices utilized by persons engaged in providing services similar to those required of Consultant under this Agreement.

  • Manner of Performance Subject to the provisions of Article XII hereof, the Contractor shall perform all of the Work described in the Statement of Work, or cause such Work to be performed in an efficient and expeditious manner and in accordance with all of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with the current professional standards and with the diligence and skill expected for the performance of work of the type described in the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall furnish such personnel and shall procure such materials, machinery, supplies, tools, equipment and other items as may reasonably be necessary or appropriate to perform the Work in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Continuity of Performance In the event of a dispute between the Party and the State, each party will continue to perform its obligations under this Agreement during the resolution of the dispute until this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its terms.

  • Time of Performance Time for performance of the Scope of Services under this Agreement shall begin with receipt of the Notice to Proceed and end no later than December 31, 2026. Consultant shall complete the tasks described in the Scope of Services, within this time or within such additional time as may be extended by the County.

  • Place of Performance All obligations of SBBC under the terms of this Agreement are reasonably susceptible of being performed in Broward County, Florida and shall be payable and performable in Broward County, Florida.
