Common use of Recourse to Directors or Officers Clause in Contracts

Recourse to Directors or Officers. The obligations of the Secured Creditors under this Agreement are solely the corporate obligations of the Secured Creditors. No recourse shall be had for any obligation or claim arising out of or based upon this Agreement against any stockholder, employee, officer, or director of any of the Secured Creditors.
