Recourse to Directors or Officers. The obligations of Purchaser under this Agreement are solely the corporate obligations of Purchaser. No recourse shall be had for the payment of any amount owing in respect to this Agreement or for the payment of any fee hereunder or for any other obligation or claim arising out of or based upon this Agreement against any stockholder, employee, officer, director or incorporator of the Purchaser.
