Recovering Bank. s Rights The Recovering Bank will be subrogated to the rights of the parties which have shared in a redistribution pursuant to Clause 24.2 (Redistribution of Payments) in respect of the Sharing Payment (and the relevant Obligor shall be liable to the Recovering Bank in an amount equal to the Sharing Payment) in place of any corresponding liability to the parties which have shared in the redistribution.
