Recuperation Pay. The Employee shall be entitled to Recuperation Pay (“Dmey Havra’a”) in accordance with the applicable law.

b. For the second up to the fifth year of employment by the Employer- 7 days. For additional years of employment of the Worker by the Employer, the recuperation pay will be figured according to the number of years of employment as set out in the above extension order.
