Redemption of Points. To spend/redeem your Points, navigate through the Rewards section of the Program. You can choose any Reward still available for which you have accumulated sufficient Points for redemption. Click the image corresponding to the Reward you wish to redeem and follow the links and instructions to complete the redemption process. As part of the redemption process, you will receive a confirmation email. Emails will be sent to the email address associated with the Member Account. The total number of Points a Member can use to redeem a Reward at any given time is the total number of Points available in their Member Account at the time of redemption. Once a Member has ordered a Reward, the order is final and the appropriate number of Points will be deducted immediately from their Member Account.
Redemption of Points. LE will, on a non-exclusive basis, accept Points from all Members as partial or full payment for all Program-Eligible Purchases in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions and this Agreement and regardless of the means of payment tendered by Members for any portion of Program-Eligible Purchases that are not paid for with Points and regardless of the merchandise and services purchased. SHMC may authorize, upon terms and conditions determined by SHMC in its sole discretion, additional third parties to redeem Points, including new Redeeming Retailers.
Redemption of Points. You can redeem accumulated points to obtain Choice Rewards Affinity through the Website at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. Choice Rewards Affinity must be obtained directly from the Choice Rewards Affinity Program administrator and not by any other means (including telephonic, in- person, internet or wireless communications) through any third party including any other seller, charter, agencies, airlines, associations or persons engaged in the business of reserving, arranging or procuring travel discounts or arrangements, tickets, vouchers, or gift cards. We may take direction from any Authorized Cardholder when redeeming your accumulated points. We and our Choice Rewards Affinity Program Administrator will not be liable for fulfilling Choice Rewards Affinity requests we believe in good faith are made by any person claiming the authority to act on your behalf. In addition, you may not redeem accumulated points if your OneAZ CU Choice Rewards Affinity Credit Card is flagged as Suspended, Lost/Stolen, Over-limit, Past Due, Voluntary Closure, Revoked, or otherwise not in good standing with OneAZ CU. Redeemed merchandise may be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States only. Gift Cards may be shipped within all 50 states.
Redemption of Points. 1. All Card accounts must be in good standing (currently not overdue in payment), not closed or terminated by Maybank or Cardmember at the time of redemption request.
2. Cardmembers may use their accumulated Points to redeem for any one or combination of the following options:-
a. Gift Items / Hotel or Airlines Loyalty miles
b. Vouchers (Dining / Shopping)
3. Points to be redeemed can only be used after entry into the Cardmember’s Card account.
4. Partial redemption is an option which allows redemption with a combination of Points and RM value charged to the Maybank Credit/Charge Card. This option is only applicable to Visa, Mastercard and American Express Cardmembers, excluding Debit and Prepaid cards.
5. Completed redemption CANNOT be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged for any reason whatsoever. All Points used in the Redemption Programme will not be credited into the Cardmember’s account.
6. Maybank will not be liable for any death, injury, direct or consequential loss, theft or damage of any nature that the Cardmember may suffer arising from redemption of the redemption item(s).
7. Maybank gives no representation or warranty on the quality of the redemption item(s) or their suitability for any purpose and will not be responsible for any dispute that may arise between the Cardmember and the manufacturer or supplier.
8. If the choice of redemption item(s) is/are unavailable reason being the redemption item(s) is/are temporarily out of stock or discontinued, Maybank has the right to replace item(s) with a similar value by notifying Cardmember.
9. All redemption item(s) are available while stocks last.
10. All Points earned must be redeemed prior to the date the account is closed. Thereafter, all unredeemed Points will be automatically cancelled without prior notification to Cardmembers.
Redemption of Points. You can redeem accumulated points to obtain Dupaco Rewards Visa through Shine online banking at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx. Dupaco Rewards must be redeemed directly from the Dupaco Rewards Visa Program administrator (including telephonic, internet or wireless communications) and not through any third party including any other seller, charter, agencies, airlines, associations or persons engaged in the business of reserving, arranging or procuring travel discounts or arrangements, tickets, vouchers, or gift cards. We may take direction from any Authorized Cardholder when redeeming your accumulated points. We and our Dupaco Rewards Visa Program Administrator will not be liable for fulfilling Dupaco Rewards Visa requests we believe in good faith are made by any person claiming the authority to act on your behalf. In addition, you may not redeem accumulated points if your Dupaco Community Credit Union Rewards Visa is flagged as Suspended, Lost/Stolen, Over-limit, Past Due, Voluntary Closure, Revoked, or otherwise not in good standing with Dupaco Community Credit Union. Redeemed merchandise may be shipped within the 48 contiguous United States only. Gift Cards may be shipped within all 50 states.
Redemption of Points. 10.1. Points are redeemed on the total value of qualifying spend 10.2. Ten (10) Points are equal to (One Rand) R1.
10.3. The Member will have the option of a mixed payment settlement; The member will therefore be allowed to effect payment using both currency and Points. Redemptions can only be done via the Premier Rewards member portal.
10.4. In the event of a mixed payment, only one type of currency will be allowed for each redemption, using the daily exchange rate on our system.
10.5. Points may be redeemed on rooms at qualifying rates (and excludes all categories as listed in paragraph 6.6 above).
10.6. Points may not be redeemed on bookings made through channels other than those listed in point 10.3, and furthermore excludes online sales channels outside the Premier Hotels and Resorts channel or through intermediaries.
10.7. Points can only be redeemed from one account, regardless of whether the Member pays partly or fully in Points.
10.8. Premier Rands are not transferable and may only be used for the benefit of the Member.
10.9. No Travel Agent commission is payable on any Premier Rewards redemption bookings.
10.10. Members are required to advise their Travel Agent of the appropriate email address when making reservations in order to earn points.
10.11. Redemption stays must be available immediately and is subject to the availability of rooms at the respective hotel.
10.12. No room upgrades will be grated for redemption stays.
Redemption of Points. 7.1 A Participant's vested Points awarded hereunder will be redeemed upon an Eligible Event if the Eligible Event is a termination of employment by the Company without "cause" or by Participant for "good reason" (as such terms are defined in the Employment Agreement of even date herewith between Participant and the Company) and otherwise upon a Change of Control as provided in Section 7.3 below. Any Points not yet vested at the time of a Change of Control shall be vested upon the Change of Control, and, if a termination of employment of Participant occurs due to the nonrenewal by the Company of Participant's employment contract upon expiration at March 31, 2001, any unvested Points of Participant shall be deemed vested and must be redeemed as set forth above.
7.2 A Participant's Points awarded hereunder must be redeemed upon the occurrence of a Change of Control.
7.3 Points shall be redeemed at the value determined under Section 6 above. Except as provided in Section 7.1, the redemption price shall be paid in cash at or promptly following the closing of a transaction constituting a Change of Control. In the case of termination of employment described in Section 7.1, Points shall be redeemd at the value determined under Section 6 above and paid in cash (over time if necessary) as quickly as possible when and to the extent that any such payment would not constitute a default under any indenture, loan agreement, credit facility or other indebtedness of the Company or its parent company; provided that in all events the redemption price shall be paid in full within two (2) years after the termination of employment.

Redemption of Points. 8.1 When the acquired points are sufficient in number to enable the purchaser to redeem same for any holiday, lifestyle, leisure package or benefit then available and he/she wishes redeem same, the purchaser shall notify TTC or an approved supplier in writing at least (fourteen) working days before his/her preferred dates to travel with his/her travel package choice. For travel intended for any day in December and January the purchaser shall notify TTC on or by 15 November preceding such travel.
8.2 On receipt of the purchaser's written notification in terms of clause 8.1 above, TTC shall verify the number of acquired points and procure that the purchaser's request is processed as per the notification.
8.3 TTC or an approved supplier shall endeavour to revert to the purchaser within 48hrs of receipt of his/her written notification on the sufficiency and/or availability of acquired points for the chosen travel package, and availability or non-availability of the chosen holiday package for the purchaser's preferred date.
8.4 TTC shall charge the purchaser the appropriate Service Fee in respect of each such redemption/package.
8.5 The availability of the chosen holiday package and travel dates will be confirmed in writing by TTC to the purchaser.
8.6 The purchaser shall not be entitled to cancel confirmed travel arrangements or the redemption of the points in respect thereof. In the event that there is nevertheless a cancellation of the redemption of the acquired points, the purchaser will be penalized for such cancellation. TTC will be entitled to deduct points equal to R100, 00 from the purchaser.
Redemption of Points. All Points are either (i) electronically deposited to your Rewards Program account by your taking steps to associate at least one Program Sponsor checking account held in your name with your Rewards Program account (this method of electronic deposit of Points is referred to herein as “eDeposit” and may or may not be available for your particular Rewards Program and/or your particular Program Sponsor); or (ii) evidenced by certificates issued by Velocity which contain a unique certificate number and a specific number of Points. Points received by eDeposit are herein referred to as “eDeposit Points”, while Points evidenced by certificates are herein referred to as “certificated Points”. Points are redeemed through the Rewards Program Website, or by submitting a paper order form which may be obtained from Velocity Solutions, Inc. at X.X. Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Points may be redeemed only for rewards offered by Velocity and available at the time of redemption. POINTS MAY NOT BE REDEEMED FOR CASH, CHECK OR CREDIT. POINTS HAVE NO CASH VALUE. At the time of redemption Participants may be asked for identification suitable to Velocity in its discretion. Participants are responsible for limiting access to their online account only to persons authorized by them. ALL POINTS EXPIRE TWO YEARS FROM THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH IN WHICH THE POINTS WERE ISSUED AND UPON SUCH EXPIRATION BECOME VOID, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON A CERTIFICATE. IN THE CASE OF CERTIFICATED POINTS, NO REPLACEMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CERTIFICATES. Points will be subtracted from a Participant's account once the reward is requested and any certificates representing those Points will become void. Once redeemed, a Participant may not cancel the order or substitute another reward for the one ordered. No refunds of Points will be made for any reason.

So long as this Agreement has not expired or been terminated, LE will, on a non-exclusive basis, accept Points from all Members as partial or full payment for all Program-Eligible Purchases in accordance with the Program Terms and Conditions and this Agreement and regardless of the means of payment tendered by Members for any portion of Program-Eligible Purchases that are not paid for with Points and regardless of the merchandise and services purchased.
