Redemption Period. On the earliest to occur of (a) the Series 03-2 Scheduled Redemption Date in the event that the Series 03-2 Class A Debt Amount is not redeemed in full on such date, (b) the first distribution date for the Regulated Amortisation Period, or (c) the first distribution date for the Rapid Amortisation Period (any such event, a "REDEMPTION TRIGGER") then the following provisions shall apply.
Redemption Period. Prizes may be redeemed by players for a period of no less than 48 hours following the drawing in any On-line Lottery Game.

Redemption Period. If this Mortgage is foreclosed, the redemption period after judicial sale will be one month in lieu of nine months. Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx request the holder of any mortgage, or other encumbrance with a lien that has priority over this Mortgage to give Notice to Lender, at Xxxxxx's address set forth on page one of this Mortgage, of any default under the superior encumbrance and of any sale or other foreclosure action.
Redemption Period. It is agreed that if this Security Instrument covers less than 10 acres of land, and in the event of the foreclosure of this Security Instrument and sale of the Property by sheriff’s sale in such foreclosure proceedings, the time of one year for redemption from said sale provided by the statutes of the State of Iowa shall be reduced to six months, or reduced to three months if the Property is not used for an agricultural purpose as defined in Iowa Code section 535.13, provided the Lender in such action files an election to waive any deficiency judgment against Borrower which may arise out of the foreclosure proceedings; all to be consistent with the provisions of chapter 628 of the Iowa Code. If the redemption period is so reduced, for the first two months after sale such right of redemption will be exclusive to the Borrower, and the time periods in sections 628.5, 628.15 and 628.16 of the Iowa Code will be reduced to three months.
Redemption Period. The Judiciary shall afford all mortgagors subject to a judgment of foreclosure a redemption period. To redeem a real property interest, the mortgagor shall pay the full amount of the mortgage debt due and any costs incurred by the Nation for insurance, necessary repairs, inspection costs, appraisal fees and other costs.
Redemption Period. Commencing on the twelve (12) month anniversary of the Initial Exercise Date, the Company may redeem not less than all of the outstanding Warrants, at any time while they are exercisable and prior to the Termination Date, at the office of the Warrant Agent, upon notice to the Holders of the Warrants, as described in Section 5(b) below, at the price equal to $0.01 per Warrant (the “Redemption Price”), provided that the last sales price of the Common Stock reported has been at least 170% of the then effective Exercise Price per share (subject to adjustment as provided herein), on each of twenty (20) trading days within a thirty (30) trading-day period and provided that there is an effective registration statement covering the shares of Common Stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrants, and a current prospectus relating thereto, available throughout the 30-day Redemption Period (as defined in Section 5(b) below) or the Company has elected to require the exercise of the Warrants on a “cashless basis” pursuant to Section 2(c).
Redemption Period. On the earlier of (a) the Series 02-1 Scheduled Redemption Date in the event that the Class B Debt Amount is not redeemed in full on such date, (b) the first distribution date for the Regulated Amortisation Period or (c) the first distribution date for the Rapid Amortisation Period (any such event, a "REDEMPTION TRIGGER") then the following provisions shall apply. The "REDEMPTION PERIOD END DATE" is the early of (a) the Party B Floating Rate Payer Payment Date falling in [___] [note to draft: legal final redemption date] and (b) the date upon which the Class B Debt Amount is redeemed in full. From the occurrence of the Redemption Trigger, the Termination Date shall be amended to be the Redemption Period End Date. The period from and including the date on which the Redemption Trigger occurs and the Redemption Period End Date is called the "REDEMPTION PERIOD".
