Redistribution of Project Financial Assistance to be Recaptured. Upon the receipt by the Agency of any Recapture Amount, the Agency shall redistribute such amount within thirty (30) days of such receipt to the respective taxing entity or entities that would have received such amount but for the granting by the Agency of the Financial Assistance.
