Reduction in Pay. Effective with the 2015-16 school year, if teachers have used three (3) days, or the equivalent number of hours (currently 24 for three days in AESOP), and choose to use these additional personal leave days, their pay will be reduced by $60 for an absence of up to four (4) hours or $120 for an absence of four (4) or more hours.
