Reference to Amendment. On and after the Second Amendment Effective Date, each reference in the Credit Agreement to “this Agreement”, “hereunder”, “hereof”, “herein”, or words of like import, and each reference to the Credit Agreement in any other Credit Document shall be deemed a reference to the Credit Agreement as modified hereby. This Second Amendment shall constitute a “Credit Document” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents.
