Reference to Statutes. All references herein to any statute, regulation or any provision thereof will mean such statute, regulation or provision as the same may be re-enacted or replaced from time to time.

Reference to Statutes. Each reference in this Agreement to any code, statute, regulation, official interpretation, directive or other legislative enactment of any Canadian or foreign jurisdiction (including any political subdivision thereof) shall be construed so as to include such code, statute, regulation, official interpretation, directive or enactment and each amendment, reenactment, reissuance or replacement thereof made at or before the time in question.
Reference to Statutes. Unless expressly provided to the contrary in this Agreement, all references in this Agreement to any statute or any provision thereof shall include all regulations or policies made thereunder or in connection therewith from time to time, and shall include such statute or provision as the same may be amended, restated, re-enacted or replaced from time to time.
