References to a statute or statutory provision include: (i) that statute or provision as modified or amended from time to time, whether before or after the date of this TSA; and (ii) any subordinate legislation or regulation made from time to time under that statute or statutory provision, including (where applicable) that statute or statutory provision as modified or amended.
