References to the Custodian. The Fund shall not circulate any written material that contains any reference to the Custodian without the prior written approval of the Custodian, excepting written material contained in the Prospectus or statement of additional information for the Fund and such other written material that merely identifies the Custodian as custodian for the Fund.
