Referral Sources. Schedule 5.20 is a true and complete list of the Referral Sources of the Business as of the day prior to the date hereof. At Closing, Schedule 5.20 will be updated to reflect the Referral Sources of the Business on the day prior to Closing.
Referral Sources. The railroad must specify whether, and under what circumstances, its policy provides for the acceptance of referrals from other sources, including (at the option of the railroad) supervisory employees. Identify acceptable referral sources besides the affected regulated service employee: Examples of non-peer sources include friends and family, etc. that contact the railroad. A railroad representative will meet with the employee in person regarding the information and determine whether to the employee is unsafe to work with or in violation of 49 CFR Part 219. If the railroad representative determines that employee is unsafe, the employee may either accept or reject the referral. If rejected, a railroad representative trained in signs and symptoms would perform a Rule G observation on the employee in question. If signs and symptoms are present, then the railroad representative would order reasonable suspicion testing of the on-duty employee.
Referral Sources. Merchant may have been referred to Chase Paymentech for the execution of this Agreement by a third party who has entered into a formal referral relationship with Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx (a “Referral Partner”). If that is the case, Chase Paymentech will be the sole provider of the services necessary to authorize, process, and settle all of Merchants Transactions in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement; however, Referral Partner may be involved in the servicing and maintenance of Merchant’s merchant account. Therefore, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Xxxxxxxx hereby authorizes Chase Paymentech to share Xxxxxxxx’s financial information, information related to Merchant’s Transactions (including Payment Instrument Information) and any other information that Merchant provides to Chase Paymentech with Referral Partner. Xxxxxxxx understands and agrees that Chase Paymentech will not be responsible for Referral Partner’s subsequent use or disclosure of such information.
Referral Sources. Call upon or communicate with any Referral Source for the purpose of soliciting the referral of customers or potential customers for services in competition with those rendered by the Company to any Person other than the Company.

For purposes of this subsection, “Referral Doctors” means any doctor who has referred any patient to Employer and which patient was seen by Shareholder Employee within the twelve (12) month period preceding Shareholder Employee’s date of termination.

Referral Sources. Emergency services units of the five Community Services Boards (CSBs) in DBHDS Region 2 (Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park, and the counties of Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince Xxxxxxx) will serve as referral sources of individuals who are in crisis and have contacted their respective CSBs for assessment. • Referrals to the mobile crisis team may also be made by individuals and families, case managers/social workers/clinicians, private providers, law enforcement, schools or other natural supports in an individual youth's life until the new Regional Crisis Call Center is operational (FY22). Once the Regional Crisis Call Center is operational, the dispatch of Mobile Crisis Teams will occur through the Regional Crisis Call Center and not the program. • Crisis referrals will be made through one central telephone number, established and marketed by the Contractor throughout the service region until the new Regional Crisis Call Center is operational (FY22). The number must provide access to services across all jurisdictions, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with bilingual (Spanish/English) and TTY access. Once the Regional Crisis Call Center is operational, Crisis Service Referrals will occur through the Regional Crisis Call Center and not directly to the program.

Neither the Seller nor the Shareholders have received notice of, and neither the Seller nor the Shareholders has any Knowledge that any of the Seller's referral sources intends to cease dealing with the Seller or intends to alter, in any material respect, the amount of such Person's dealings with the Seller.
