Common use of Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund Clause in Contracts

Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund. Each Employer bound by this Agreement shall contribute to the Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund the amount of eighty-seven cents ($0.87) for each hour (earned) per month by each Employee working under the terms of this Agreement.

Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund. Each Employer bound by this Agreement shall contribute to the Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund the amount of eightyforty-seven eight cents ($0.870.48) for each hour (earned) per month by each Employee working under the terms of this Agreement.

Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund. Each Employer bound by this Agreement shall contribute to the Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund the amount of eightyforty-seven cents ($0.870.47) for each hour (earned) per month by each Employee working under the terms of this Agreement. The Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund shall be distributed as follows: Construction Labour Relations Association of B.C. twelve cents ($0.12); Refrigeration Administration Fund -thirty-five cents ($0.35).

Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund. Each Employer bound by this Agreement shall contribute to the Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund the amount of eightyeight-seven six cents ($0.870.86) for each hour (earned) per month by each Employee employee working under the terms of this Agreement.. The Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund shall be distributed as follows: Construction Labour Relations Association of B.C. eleven cents ($0.11); Refrigeration Administration Fund seventy-five cents ($0.75). After April 30, 2018, the Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund will return to forty-six cents ($0.46)

Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund. Each Effective May each Employer bound by this Agreement shall contribute to the Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund the amount of eightyforty-seven eight cents ($0.870.48) for each hour (earned) per month by each Employee working under the terms of this Agreement. The Refrigeration Joint Administration Fund shall be distributed as follows: Construction Labour Relations Association of thirteen cents ($0.13); Refrigeration Administration Fund thirty-five cents ($0.35).
