REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE. Customer acknowledges that a “Refueling Service Charge” will be applied to all Equipment not returned with a full tank of fuel. The exact cost of the Refueling Service Charge may vary depending on the rate being charged by the Store Location on the date Customer returns the Equipment. Customer acknowledges that the Refueling Service Charge is not a retail sale of fuel. Customer may avoid the Refueling Service Charge if Customer returns the Equipment with a full tank of fuel.
REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE. CER agrees to provide the Equipment to the Customer with full Fuel tank(s). Customer agrees to return the Equipment with full fuel tank(s). If Customer returns the Equipment with the fuel tanks less than full, customer will pay to CER a sum equal to CER’s then applicable refueling services charge posted at CER’s office where the Equipment is returned for the Number of gallons required to refill the tank(s) at the time of return. ONLY CLEAR (OVER THE ROAD) DIESEL FUEL IS PER- MITTED IN CER’S EQUIPMENT. Customers that add dyed fuel will be responsible for complete re-fueling, engine damage, disposal costs and any associated costs.
REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE. PC agrees to provide the Equipment to Customer with full fuel tank(s). Customer agrees to return the Equipment with full fuel tank(s). If Customer returns Equipment with fuel tank(s) less than full, Customer will pay to PC an amount based on the per gallon fuel charge on the front of this Agreement in order to fill the fuel tank(s) to full.

If your equipment was dropped off with less than a full tank you must return it with at least the amount that was dropped off which is defined in the Drop Off Form that you will receive a copy of. REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE. Customer agrees to return the Equipment with full fuel tank(s). If Customer fails to do so, Customer will pay to LRS a sum equal to the then applicable refueling service charge of LRS, for the number of Liters required to refill the tank(s) at the time of return.

If Customer fails to do so, Customer will pay to Lessor a sum equal to the then applicable refueling service charge of Lessor, posted at the Branch for the number of gallons required to refill the tank(s) at the time of return.
REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE. If I return the Vehicle with at least the same amount of fuel as when I received it, then I will not pay a refueling service charge. I understand that if I choose not to refuel the Vehicle, you provide the service of refueling the Vehicle. You will charge me for this refueling service at the applicable rate specified in the Agreement. I understand that this rate may be higher than what I would pay to purchase fuel from a service station in the area. The refueling service charge will be determined as follows: If I buy fuel during the term of the Rental but the tank is not full at return, this charge will be the per litre rate specified on the front of the Rental document multiplied by your estimate of the number of litres required to refill the tank. This estimate is arrived at by using the manufacturer's specified tank capacity for the Vehicle and then determining the capacity of the portion of the tank that is empty as indicated by the Vehicle's fuel gauge.
REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE. If vehicle is returned with less fuel than when rented, renter shall pay a refueling charge as set forth on website up to $10 per Gallon.
REFUELING SERVICE CHARGE. StoMachine Technology agrees to provide the Equipment to Lessee with full fuel tanks. Xxxxxx agrees to return the Equipment with full fuel tanks. If Xxxxxx returns the Equipment with the fuel tanks less than full, Lessee will pay to StoMachine Technology a sum equal to StoMachine Technology’s then applicable refueling service charge posted at the StoMachine Technology branch or Distributor Location from which the Equipment was rented for the number of gallons required to refill the tanks at the time of the return.
