Refundable Damage Deposit. If applicable, will be credited to the last credit card on file within 7-10 days of departure pending inspection by our cleaning firm. If your deposit is being held due to damage or additional cleaning charges you will be notified via email with explanation and dollar amount of charges. IF DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF DAMAGE DEPOSIT Prime Time Vacation Rentals RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE.
Refundable Damage Deposit. A refundable damage deposit is required 30 days prior date of use or immediately if date of use is less than 30 days in a separate check in the following amounts: Rental without Alcohol $250 – Rental with alcohol $500.

This security deposit is equal to one month’s rent unless revised by Agent. It will be returned within 15 days of the departure date, provided proper check-out procedures are followed and no damage on the premises.

The deposit will be refunded to the guest credit card on file, less any costs, for excessive cleaning, damaged linens, broken or missing household items, décor, etc.

If at any point, during the leased time of an event, any of these the terms and agreement was broken and/or there was damage of location, property and/or equipment, or if the location was not left in as good a condition as it was rented, the refundable damage deposit may be forfeited in part or whole. Excess charges may apply if the damages or issues exceed the initial damage deposit amount. The responsible party for the event will be responsible for any excess charges incurred.
