Refunding Date. A Business Day on which the refunding of the Original Loan Certificates occurs, the expected date thereof having been specified by the Lessee in a written notice given to the parties to the Participation Agreement and the Underwriters at least three (3) Business Days prior to such expected Refunding Date.
