Regarding Representations and Warranties. Each request by any Borrower for a Loan Advance: (i) shall constitute an affirmation by Borrower that the foregoing representations and warranties remain true and correct as of the date of such request (except to the extent that such representations and warranties specifically refer to an earlier date, in which case they shall be true and correct in all material respects as of such earlier date, and to the extent such representation or warranty is subject to a materiality qualifier, it shall be true and correct in all respects, and except that for purposes of this Section 6.25, the representations and warranties contained in Section 6.8 shall be deemed to refer to the most recent statements furnished pursuant to Section 7.2.1
