Common use of Registration and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Registration and Taxes. Lessee shall pay all registration fees, license fees, assessments, charges and taxes, together with any penalties or interest that may now or later be imposed by any taxing authority with respect to the Lessorship, possession, use, rental or value of the Equipment during the Rental Term, whether assessed against Lessor or Lessee and upon request shall provide to Lessor proof of payment of the same.
