Registration of Collateral in the Name of the Administrative Agent. On and after the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default, the Administrative Agent shall have the right, at any time in its discretion and shall endeavor to provide written notice to the applicable Grantor (it being understood that the Administrative Agent should not be liable for the failure to provide such notice), to transfer to or to register in the name of the Administrative Agent or any of its nominees any or all of the Pledged Collateral, subject only to the revocable voting and similar rights specified in this Article VI. In addition, on and after the occurrence and continuation of an Event of Default, the Administrative Agent shall have the right at any time to exchange certificates or instruments representing or evidencing any Pledged Collateral for certificates or instruments of smaller or larger denominations.
