If Licensee is not a resident of the United States of America or its territories or commonwealths, Licensee has not been convicted of any sexual offenses that are punishable by the laws of the State of New York if the offenses had taken place within the State of New York. I have not been listed on any state, district, commonwealth or territory sex offender registry or have not been convicted of any sexual offenses that are punishable by the laws of the State of New York if the offenses had taken place in the State of New York.
