Common use of Regular Part-Time Employee Clause in Contracts

Regular Part-Time Employee. “Regular Part-time Employee” is an employee who works less than thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours per week on a regular basis and whose appointment is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary period.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A “Regular Part-time Time Employee” is an employee individual who works is employed to fill a part-time budgeted position which is identified in Article 2, “Recognition” and who is regularly scheduled to work less than thirty-seven and one-half thirty (37 ½30) hours per week on for six (6) consecutive months. Such status as a regular basis and whose appointment part-time employee shall continue only so long as the foregoing standard in this Paragraph B. is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary periodcomplied with. Regular part-time employees may be entitled to only those specific benefits as identified in an applicable Supplemental Agreement.

Regular Part-Time Employee. “A Regular Part-time Employee” Part‐Time Employee is an employee who works is employed on a regular part‐time schedule of less than thirty-seven and one-half thirty‐five (37 ½35) hours per week on a regular basis and whose appointment is for an indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary periodperiod of time.

Regular Part-Time Employee. “Regular PartA regular part-time Employee” employee is an employee who works is working less than thirty-seven and one-half thirty (37 ½3) but at least fifteen (15) hours per week on a regular basis and whose appointment schedule in a position classified by the Employer as permanent. Permanent Position: A permanent position is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary periodone anticipated by the Employer to last for a period of at least ninety (9) consecutive days.

Regular Part-Time Employee. “A Regular Part-time Employee” Employee is an employee one who works less is hired to regularly work more than thirty-seven and one-half (37 ½) 85 hours per week on a regular basis and whose appointment is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary periodmonth.

Regular Part-Time Employee. “Regular Part-time Employee” is " shall mean an employee who works less than thirtyhas successfully completed a probation period of sixty-seven five (65) days of work, within any consecutive six (6) month period, in a position covered by this Agreement and one-half is employed sixty (37 ½60) or more hours per over a four (4) week on a regular basis and whose appointment is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary period.

It is understood that part-time employees may also accumulate shifts outside their part-time position, up to full-time hours based on an eight (8) week rotation.

Regular Part-Time Employee. “Regular PartA regular part-time Employee” employee is an employee who works has completed probationary status and is regularly scheduled to work less than thirtythirty (30) Regular part-seven time employees receive all benefits provided under this Agreement except that leave accruals and one-half (37 ½) hours per week holiday pay are prorated on a regular the basis and whose appointment is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary periodof the employee's scheduled workweeks.

Regular Part-Time Employee. A “Regular Partregular part-time Employeeemployee” is an employee who works three (3) hours or more, but less than thirty-seven and one-half six (37 ½6) hours per week on a regular basis and whose appointment is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary periodday, five (5) days per week.

Regular Part-Time Employee. “Regular Part-time Employee” is an employee Employee who has completed his probationary period, who is employed on an indefinite basis and who regularly works less than thirtythe normal hours of work for a Regular Full-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours per week on a regular basis and whose appointment is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary periodtime Employee, as specified in Article 14 of this Agreement.

Regular Part-Time Employee. Where used in this agreement, the term “Regular Partregular part-time Employeeemployee” is means an employee who has successfully completed the requirements of the probationary period and who works a regular weekly schedule that is less than thirtyfull-seven and one-half (37 ½) hours per week on a regular basis and whose appointment is indefinite and who has completed his/her probationary periodtime as defined in Article 16.01.
