Common use of Regulations and Taxes Clause in Contracts

Regulations and Taxes. Comply with or contest in good faith all statutes and governmental regulations and timely pay all Taxes, assessments, governmental charges, claims for labor, supplies, rent and any other obligation which, if unpaid, would become a Lien other than a Permitted Lien against any of its properties unless such Lien could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect.
