Regulatory Fees. Lessee shall be responsible for paying to Lessor (or directly to the FCC if permitted) at least fifteen (15) days before they may be due, all required FCC regulatory fees accruing by reason of Lessee’s operation of the System on the Leased Spectrum, except for any such fees that may be assessed directly on Lessee by reason of its operation of a commercial mobile radio service system.
