Regulatory Filing. In the event that this Interconnection Service Agreement contains any terms that deviate materially from the form included in Attachment O of the Tariff, Transmission Provider shall file the Interconnection Service Agreement on behalf of itself and the Interconnected Transmission Owner with FERC as a service schedule under the Tariff within thirty days after execution. Interconnection Customer may request that any information so provided be subject to the confidentiality provisions of Section 17 of this Appendix 2. An Interconnection Customer shall have the right, with respect to any Interconnection Service Agreement tendered to it, to request
(a) dispute resolution under Section 12 of the Tariff or, if concerning the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, consistent with Schedule 5 of the Operating Agreement, or (b) that Transmission Provider file the agreement unexecuted with the Commission. With the filing of any unexecuted Interconnection Service Agreement, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, propose to FERC a resolution of any or all of the issues in dispute between or among the Interconnection Parties.
Regulatory Filing. In the event that this Interconnection Construction Service Agreement contains any terms that deviate materially from the form included in Attachment P or from the standard terms and conditions in this Appendix 2, the Transmission Provider shall file the executed Interconnection Construction Service Agreement on behalf of itself and the Interconnected Transmission Owner with FERC as a service schedule under the Tariff. Interconnection Customer may request that any information so provided be subject to the confidentiality provisions of Section 17 of this Appendix
Regulatory Filing. If the Company or the Standby Purchaser determines a filing is or may be required under applicable law in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder, the Company and the Standby Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly prepare and file all necessary documentation and to effect all applications that are necessary or advisable under applicable law with respect to the transactions contemplated hereunder so that any applicable waiting period shall have expired or been terminated as soon as practicable after the date hereof.

An Interconnection Customer shall have the right, with respect to any Interconnection Construction Service Agreement tendered to it, to request (a) dispute resolution under Section 12 of the Tariff or, if concerning the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, consistent with Schedule 5 of the Operating Agreement, or (b) that Transmission Provider file the agreement unexecuted with the Commission. In the event that this Generation Interconnection Agreement contains any terms that deviate materially from the form included in the Tariff, Transmission Provider shall file the Generation Interconnection Agreement on behalf of itself and the Transmission Owner with FERC as a service schedule under the Tariff within thirty (30) days after execution. Project Developer may request that any information so provided be subject to the confidentiality provisions of section 17 of this Appendix 2. An Project Developer shall have the right, with respect to any Generation Interconnection Agreement tendered to it, to request (a) dispute resolution under section 12 of the Tariff or, if concerning the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, consistent with Schedule 5 of the Operating Agreement, or (b) that Transmission Provider file the agreement unexecuted with FERC. With the filing of any unexecuted Generation Interconnection Agreement, Transmission Provider may, in its discretion, propose to FERC a resolution of any or all of the issues in dispute between or among the Interconnection Parties.
Regulatory Filing. The Transmission Owner shall file this Agreement with FERC as a rate schedule within the meaning of 18 C.F.R. Part 35. Local Distribution Company agrees to cooperate reasonably with Transmission Owner with respect to such filing and to provide any information, including testimony reasonably requested by Transmission Owner, needed to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Filing. In accordance with Applicable Laws and Regulations, Transmission Provider shall file this Agreement, and any amendment to this Agreement with FERC as a service agreement under the Tariff. Each Customer that has executed this Agreement or any amendment to this Agreement shall not protest this Agreement or the amendment, shall reasonably cooperate with Transmission Provider with respect to such filing and shall provide any information, including the rendering of testimony or pleadings, as applicable, reasonably requested by Transmission Provider, to the extent reasonably needed to comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Regulatory Filing. Energy Manager may send a letter to FERC outlining the relationship between Energy Manager and Owner and any other regulatory filing that may be required by FERC or may be required in the reasonable opinion of Energy Manager’s counsel. Owner agrees to cooperate with Energy Manager in any such filing. Energy Manager shall provide a copy of such letter and such other regulatory filing, if any, to the Owner and an opportunity for it to review and comment on such letter prior to its submission to FERC.
Regulatory Filing. If the Company or the Standby Purchaser determines a filing is or may be required under applicable law in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder, the Company and the Standby Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prepare and file, as soon as reasonably practicable following the execution of this Agreement, all necessary documentation and to effect all applications or other filings that are necessary or advisable under applicable law with respect to the transactions contemplated hereunder so that any applicable waiting period shall have expired or been terminated or any rebuttal of control determination shall have been accepted by the applicable federal banking agency, as applicable, as soon as practicable after the date hereof.
