Common use of Regulatory Record Keeping and Information Clause in Contracts

Regulatory Record Keeping and Information. Maintain Product regulatory records according to Distributor’s standard operating procedures and in accordance with local Laws, such as submissions, regulatory agency correspondence and telephone contact reports; provided that Aptevo, upon the request of Distributor, provides Distributor with information and documents (in English) that are in Aptevo’s possession relating to each Product as are required by the applicable Regulatory Authority;
