Common use of Rehabilitation Benefit Clause in Contracts

Rehabilitation Benefit. When Accidental Bodily Injury results in a Loss, an additional amount will be paid for covered Rehabilitation expenses. Covered expenses are the reasonable and necessary expenses actually incurred up to a maximum of $10,000 for treatment by a therapist or confinement in an institution of an Insured Person provided:
