Common use of Rehabilitation Benefit Clause in Contracts

Rehabilitation Benefit. If a salaried employee is absent and in receipt of rehabilitation benefit during a period in which the salaried employee would otherwise be entitled to sick pay, salary deductions are to be made as in the case of illness from the 15th calendar day.
