Reimbursements by Indemnitees Generally. To the extent the Lessee is required to pay or withhold any Tax imposed on or with respect to a Tax Indemnitee in respect of the transactions contemplated by the Operative Agreements, which Tax is not otherwise the responsibility of the Lessee under the Operative Agreements, or any other written agreements between the Lessee and such Tax Indemnitee, then such Tax Indemnitee shall pay to the Lessee within 30 days of the Lessee's demand therefor an amount which equals the amount actually paid by the Lessee with respect to such Taxes.
