Reinstatement Period. Xxxxxxxx’s time to reinstate provided in Section 19 shall extend to one hour prior to the commencement of bidding at a sheriff’s sale or other sale pursuant to this Security Instrument.
Reinstatement Period. The unrequested leave of absence of a principal, assistant principal, integrated arts academy principal, or administrative xxxx who is not reinstated shall continue for a period of three years from the date the principal, assistant principal, integrated arts academy principal, or administrative xxxx’x unrequested leave of absence began, or until the administrator fails to respond within fifteen (15) days of the date of notification, or until the administrator submits in writing a request to be removed from the recall list, whichever occurs first. The three year reinstatement period ends on the first day teachers return to duty for the commencement of the third school year following the administrator’s placement on unrequested leave.
