Related Claim. In the case of an employee who has a second (or more) claim which is related to a previous claim during which the employee used part or all of the seventeen (17) weeks of entitlement, the maximum applicable entitlement shall be reinstated provided thirty (30) working days have elapsed from the return to work of the employee and the commencement of the related claim.
