RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD. This Agreement incorporates all the terms and conditions of the Award (AW825280CAV) as at 10 April 2006 with the exception of clauses 13, 16.2.1, 22.3.4, 22.3.5, 37.6 and 40.
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD a) The provisions of the National Building and Construction Industry Award 2000 [AW790741] (“Award”) which are set out in Appendix G of this Agreement are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement (“Incorporated Terms”).
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD. This Agreement shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the Storemen and Packers General (State) Award provided that to the extent of any inconsistency between the Award and this Agreement, the latter will prevail.
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD i. This agreement is supplementary to, and shall be read and interpreted wholly in conjunction with the General Construction and Maintenance, Civil and Mechanical Engineering & C. (State) Award ("award").
ii. The terms and conditions of the award are expressly preserved by this agreement as if the same was set out in full herein and shall be binding upon the parties during the currency of the agreement by operation of this agreement if not otherwise. Any increases to allowances and/or improvements in conditions which would benefit employees, introduced by variation to the award, shall also apply.
iii. Where this agreement is silent the terms of the award shall apply.
iv. In the event of any inconsistency between the award and an express provision of this agreement, the terms of this agreement shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency, unless the express provision of the agreement provides otherwise.
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD. 6. Period of Operation
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD. 4.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, the Parent Award is the Live Performance Award 2010 (the Award).
4.2 This Agreement replaces all of the provisions of the Live Performance Award 2010, including, but not limited to each of the following: rest breaks, annual leave loading, public holidays, monetary allowances, loadings for working overtime, penalty rates, incentive-based payments and bonuses.

2.1 Where there is inconsistency between the Award and this Agreement, the latter will prevail but only to the extent of the inconsistency.
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD. 4.1 For the purpose of this Agreement, the Parent Award is the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry - Actors - (Theatrical) - Award 1998.
4.2 This Agreement replaces all of the provisions of the Entertainment and Broadcasting Industry - Actors - (Theatrical) - Award 1998, including, but not limited to each of the following: rest breaks, annual leave loading, public holidays, monetary allowances, loadings for working overtime, penalty rates, incentive-based payments and bonuses.
RELATIONSHIP TO PARENT AWARD. (1) This Agreement is to be read in conjunction with the relevant Awards as listed in clause 4. – Scope of Agreement.
(2) Where there is any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Awards, this Agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
