Release of Claims as Condition. The Company's obligation to pay to the Executive the benefits described in paragraphs 4.1, 4.2 and 4.3 of this Agreement shall be conditioned upon the Executive, or his legal representative as appropriate, having delivered to the Company an executed full and unconditional release (that is not subject to revocation) of claims against the Company, its parent entities, affiliates, employee benefit plans and fiduciaries, officers, employees, directors, agents and representatives satisfactory in form and content to the Company's counsel.
