Release Time – Grievance Processing. A representative of LRCEA may be present at all levels of the grievance procedure if requested by the grievant. Such representative will receive release time from work without loss of compensation in order to represent the grievant at any level of the grievance procedure. This release time shall include a reasonable amount of travel time to and from the representative’s work location if the grievance meeting is held at a location other than the representative’s work location.
