RELEASES AND DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE. 12. Plaintiff and CVS have agreed to the Release of certain Claims as provided in Sections D and E of the Agreement. Such Releases are given in good faith within the meaning of Fla. Stat. § 768.31(5) and upon entry of this Consent Judgment shall be effective as to all Releasors.
