Releases and Violations. In the event of a violation of an Environmental Law, a violation of an environmental provision of this Agreement, or a Hazardous Substance Release or the threat of or reasonable suspicion of the same for which Licensee is responsible under this Agreement, Licensee shall immediately undertake all acts necessary or appropriate to cure or correct the violation or investigate, contain and stop the Hazardous Substance Release.
