Common use of Reliability of Information Clause in Contracts

Reliability of Information. The Property Documents and other information provided by Seller and/or its agents to Purchaser under the terms of this Agreement and under the Site Access and Indemnification Agreement are for informational purposes only. Subject to Seller’s Representations (as hereinafter defined in Section 13.1), Purchaser (a) is not in any way entitled to rely upon the accuracy or completeness of the information within the Property Documents and other information provided by Seller and/or its agents and (b) Purchaser will rely exclusively on its own inspections and consultants with respect to all matters Purchaser deems relevant to its decision to acquire the Property. The provisions of this Section 6.2 shall survive the Closing and the delivery of the Deed.
