Common use of Reliance of Liquidity Providers Clause in Contracts

Reliance of Liquidity Providers. Each of the parties hereto agrees and acknowledges that each Liquidity Provider shall be a third party beneficiary of each of the representations and warranties made herein by such party, and that each Liquidity Provider may rely on such representations and warranties to the same extent as if such representations and warranties were made to such Liquidity Provider directly. The terms of this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of each Liquidity Provider, their respective successors and permitted assigns.
