Common use of Reliance on Amendments Clause in Contracts

Reliance on Amendments. BISYS may rely on any amendments to or changes in any of the documents and other items to be provided by the Company pursuant to Sections 19 and 21 of this Agreement and the indemnification provisions of Section 10 hereof are applicable to BISYS’ reasonable reliance upon such amendments and/or changes. Although BISYS is authorized to rely on the above-mentioned amendments to and changes in the documents and other items to be provided pursuant to Sections 19 and 21 of this Agreement, in the event the same relate to services provided by BISYS hereunder, BISYS shall have no liability for failure to comply with or take any action in conformity with such amendments or changes except as provided in Section 21 of this Agreement or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Reliance on Amendments. BISYS may rely on any amendments to or changes in any of the documents and other items to be provided by the Company pursuant to Sections 19 and 21 of this Agreement and the indemnification provisions of Section 10 hereof are applicable to BISYS’ ' reasonable reliance upon such amendments and/or changes. Although BISYS is authorized to rely on the above-mentioned amendments to and changes in the documents and other items to be provided pursuant to Sections 19 and 21 of this Agreement, in the event the same relate to services provided by BISYS hereunder, BISYS shall have no liability for failure to comply with or take any action in conformity with such amendments or changes except as provided in Section 21 of this Agreement or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Although BISYS is authorized to rely on the above-mentioned amendments to and changes in the documents and other items to be provided pursuant to Sections 19 and 21 of this Agreementhereof, in the event the same relate to services provided by BISYS hereunder, BISYS shall have no liability for failure to comply with or take any action in conformity with such amendments or changes except as provided in Section 21 unless the Trust first obtains BISYS' written consent to and approval of this Agreement such amendments or as otherwise agreed upon in writingchanges.

Although BISYS is authorized to rely on the above-mentioned amendments to and changes in the documents and other items to be provided pursuant to Sections 19 18 and 21 20 of this Agreement, in the event the same relate to services provided by BISYS hereunder, BISYS shall have no liability for failure to comply with or take any action in conformity with such amendments or changes except as provided in Section 21 20 of this Agreement or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.
