Reliance on our work. 3.1. Our final written report or other final product of the services will identify the persons to whom the report is addressed. Any oral comments or drafts of written reports or any other communications made prior to the final written report or other final product of the services do not represent our final conclusions and should not be relied upon. 3.2. Our report or other final product of the services should not be relied upon by management of the addressee of our report, or advisers to the addressee, in their personal capacities.
