RELOCATION OF TENANT. Landlord, at its sole expense, on at least sixty (60) days prior written notice, may require Tenant to move from the Premises to other space of comparable size and decor in order to permit Landlord to consolidate the space leased to Tenant with other adjoining space leased or to be leased to another tenant. In the event of any such relocation, Landlord will pay all expenses of preparing and decorating the new premises so that they will be substantially similar to the Premises from which Tenant is moving, and Landlord will also pay the expense of moving Tenant’s furniture and equipment to the relocated premises.
