Remaining Payments. All other charges and expenses reflected within this Agreement not otherwise paid through monthly pay requests, shall be paid no later than thirty-five (35) days after the Company’s submission of its Viewer’s Report to the Drainage Authority. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event any charges reflected within this Agreement are incurred or the Services are performed after the Viewers’ submission of the Viewer’s Report, such charges shall be due within thirty-five (35) days after the Drainage Authority’s receipt of a pay request for such charges and expenses.
Remaining Payments. In a lump sum not later than five (5) business days after the date of the 409A CIC, an amount equal to the sum of the remaining unpaid amounts under Section 2.B.6.;

Customer, upon payment of accrued amounts so invoiced, shall thereafter have no further liability or obligation to Consultant whatsoever for any further fees or expenses arising hereunder. In the event Consultant terminates this Agreement because of the breach of Customer, Consultant shall be entitled to a pro rata payment for work in progress based on the percentage of work then completed, plus the full amount of payment attributable to services and materials already furnished by Consultant. Notwithstanding any termination of the terms of this Agreement, the rights and licenses granted under Section 4 hereof shall continue in effect in accordance with their terms.

Within three (3) days of termination of this Agreement for any reason, DOT CUBE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS shall submit to Client an itemised invoice for any fees or expenses accrued under this Agreement. The Client, upon payment of accrued amounts so invoiced, shall thereafter have no further liability or obligation to DOT CUBE DIGITAL SOLUTIONS whatsoever for any further fees or expenses arising hereunder.
Remaining Payments. Within sixty (60) days of termination of this Agreement for any reason, Consultant shall submit to Customer an itemized invoice for any fees or expenses theretofore accrued under this Agreement.

Within 10 days of Developer’s receipt of building permit(s) associated with a CAWS based in whole or part on the Purchased Water Rights, Developer shall pay WPI the Building Permit Payment multiplied by the number of building permits issued, until the Total Purchase Price has been paid in full.
