Remedial Repair Service Requirements. The following remedial repair service requirements are applicable after Final Acceptance of the Services being performed by Contractor under Exhibit A and provided that the County is current on its maintenance/support plan as provided in Exhibit D. In the event that the Contractor fails to meet the service level requirement outlined below, it shall investigate the root cause to determine if any trends exist. If any trends exist, it shall create a corrective plan of action. Contractor shall present the County with the corrective plan of action and regular updates on the success of the plan of action. For the purposes of the helpdesk SLAs a “Failure to Respond” occurs when the Contractor’s team has confirmed receipt of a service ticket and the Contractor’s team fails to respond, and fails to provide resolution, to the County within the timeframe defined in the SLA. The Contractor team receipt of the service ticket shall be defined as the date/time of confirmed receipt by Contractor via a mutually agreeable helpdesk submission process. • Critical Issues require a callback within 15 minutes. Resolution is required within 8 hours or less, unless an alternate timeframe is mutually agreed upon by County and Contractor. • High Issues require a callback within 15 minutes. Resolution is required within 8 hours or less, unless an alternate timeframe is mutually agreed upon by County and Contractor. • Medium Issues require a callback within 4 hours. Resolution is required within 1 week or less (Or next patch cycle when mutually acceptable), unless an alternate timeframe is mutually agreed upon by County and Contractor. • Low Issues require a callback within 24 hours. Resolution is required within 1 month or less (Or next patch cycle when mutually acceptable), unless an alternate timeframe is mutually agreed upon by County and Contractor. Note that Contractor and County will mutually agree upon the severity category of issues submitted. 1. Critical: Defects that could (or did) cause disastrous consequences for the system in question (e.g., critical loss of data, critical loss of system availability, critical loss of security, critical loss of safety, etc.). 2. High: Defects that could (or did) cause very serious consequences for the system in question (e.g., a function is severely broken, cannot be used and there is no workaround). 3. Items which determine this acceptance level shall include, but not be limited to, the general appearance of the interior and exterior of the vehicle for completeness and quality of workmanship, lubrication and fluid levels, with any leaks corrected, mechanical operation of the vehicle and all electrical components operational. Product specified to be furnished and installed which is not available through the OEM shall conform to the standards known to that particular industry, both product and installation.

  • Project Requirements 1. Project must conform to regulations under 24 CFR Part 92, commonly known as the HOME Regulations.

  • Subcontractor Insurance Requirements Consultant shall require each of its subcontractors that perform services under this Agreement to maintain insurance coverage that meets all of the requirements of this Section 11.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract.   • Performance Requirements A. There is no guaranteed minimum amount of work which will be ordered under this Contract. B. The total Contract amount will not exceed $4,900,000. C. This is a Contract for work specified in individual Job Orders. Work ordered prior to but not completed by the expiration of the Contract period, and any additional work required as a result of unforeseen conditions encountered during construction up to six (6) months after the contract expiration date, will be completed with all provisions of this Contract still in force. This is an indefinite-quantity Contract for the supplies or services specified and effective for the period stated. Work or performance shall be made only as authorized by Job Orders issued in accordance with the ordering procedures clause. The Contractor agrees to furnish to the County when and if ordered, the supplies or services specified in the Contract up to and including the quantity designated in the Job Orders issued as the maximum designated in the Contract.
