Remission to Union. The Employer shall remit monthly to the Union all Union dues and fees collected pursuant to this Article, no later than five (5) days after receipt by the Employer from its payroll data processing contractor of a statement of the amount withheld from the prior month’s payroll checks pursuant to this article.
