REMOVAL AND RECYCLING. HRE shall coordinate trash removal and recycling services through a third party vendor. Harvard University’s Facilities Maintenance Organization (FMO) is providing such services. Occupants are required to participate in recycling and green initiatives. Computer equipment, furniture and other large items must be removed separately and any cost associated with removal shall be the responsibility of the occupant. o ROOFS: HRE shall maintain all roofs to ensure proper working condition.
