Removal of Managers. Unless otherwise restricted by law, any Manager or the entire Board may be removed or expelled, with or without cause, at any time by the Member, and any vacancy caused by any such removal or expulsion may be filled by action of the Member.
Removal of Managers. At any special meeting of the Members, duly called as provided in this LLC Agreement, any manager or managers may, by the affirmative vote of the holders of a majority of all the Percentage Ownership entitled to vote for the election of managers, be removed from office, either with or without cause. At such meeting a successor or successors may be elected by a majority of the votes cast.
Removal of Managers. Subject to Sections 7.15 and 7.16 of this Agreement, the entire Board or any individual Manager may be removed from office by the Member, pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

Removal of Managers. (a) Subject to Section 4.01, the Member may remove any (i) Manager (other than an Independent Manager) with or without cause at any time, and (ii) Independent Manager with Cause at any time.
(b) Subject to Sections 4.01 and 7.05, any removal of a Manager shall become effective on such date as may be specified by the Member and in a notice delivered to any remaining Managers or the Manager designated to replace the removed Manager (except that it shall not be effective on a date earlier than the date such notice is delivered to the remaining Managers or the Manager designated to replace the removed Manager). Should a Manager be removed who is also the Member, the Member shall continue to participate in the Company as the Member and receive its share of the Company’s income, gains, losses, deductions and credits pursuant to this LLC Agreement.
Removal of Managers. The Member may remove any Manager, either for or without cause. If there are no Independent Managers after such removal, the Member will promptly appoint another Independent Manager.
