Common use of Renew the Lease Clause in Contracts

Renew the Lease. At the end of each Term of the Lease, as long as no Default has occurred and is continuing, Customer may elect to renew the Lease for Equipment and/or the Program License on terms and conditions mutually agreed to between the Parties. In the event Customer provides its End of Lease Notice in accordance with Section 15.1 selecting this option, the Lease will be renewed at the end of the applicable Term on such mutually agreed to terms and conditions.
