Common use of Rent Payment Clause in Contracts

Rent Payment. Immediately upon written notice to Tenant (a) that Lender is exercising its rights under the Mortgage or any other loan documents acting to secure the Note following a default under the Loan, or (b) of Lender’s succeeding to the Landlord’s interest under the Lease, Tenant agrees to pay all rents due under the Lease directly to Lender (in accordance with the Lease).

Rent Payment. Immediately upon written notice to Tenant (a) that Lender is exercising its rights under the Mortgage or any other loan documents acting to secure the Note following a default under the Loan, or (b) of Lender’s 's succeeding to the Landlord’s 's interest under the Lease, Tenant agrees to pay all rents due under the Lease directly to Lender (in accordance with the Lease).

Rent Payment. Immediately upon Upon written notice to Tenant and Landlord confirming: (a) that Lender is exercising its rights under the Mortgage or any other loan documents acting to secure the Note following a default under the Loan, or (b) of Lender’s succeeding Xxxxxx's Succession to the Landlord’s 's interest under the Lease, Tenant Xxxxxx agrees to pay all rents due under the Lease directly to Lender (in accordance with the Lease)Xxxxxx's written directions, which may include instructions to pay directly to Lender.

Immediately Tenant agrees to pay all rents directly to Lender in accordance with the Lease immediately upon written notice of Lender's succeeding to Tenant (a) the Landlord's interest under the Lease or that Lender is exercising its rights under the Mortgage or any other loan documents acting to secure the Note (including but not limited to any Conditional Assignment of Rents or any Assignment of Lessor's Interest in Leases held by Lender) following a default under the Loan, by Landlord or (b) of Lender’s succeeding to the Landlord’s interest under the Lease, Tenant agrees to pay all rents due under the Lease directly to Lender (in accordance with the Lease)other applicable party.

Immediately upon written notice to Tenant (a) that Lender is exercising its rights under the Mortgage Security Deed or any other loan documents acting to secure the Note following a default under the Loan, or (b) of Lender’s succeeding to the Landlord’s interest under the Lease, Tenant agrees to pay all rents due under the Lease directly to Lender (in accordance with the Lease), and Landlord hereby consents to such direct payment of rents to Lender without further notice to or from Landlord.
